Route from the North of France avoiding Paris

Calais (Coquelles) onto E402 and A16 heading for Boulogne-sur-Mer/ Rouen.
Continue past Bologne-sur-Mer on A16 heading for Le Torquet/Rouen/ Paris Plage.
Continue on A16 (E402) towards Abbeville.
At Junction 23 (NE of Abbeville) take A28 (E402) to Rouen (by passing Blangy).
Continue on A28 (E402) past Neufchatel-en-Bray and St Saens going into Rouen.
Keep River Seine on your right and get onto N15 for Louviers/Evreux.
After Val-de-Reuil and before Louviers, take A154 to Evreux.
By pass Evreux staying on A/N154 heading for Nona court (St Lubin).
At Nonancourt turn left into N12 for Dreux. By pass Dreux (D828) and get onto N154 again heading for Chartres.
By pass Charters (going nearly the whole way round Chartres) on the ring road, picking up the N154 again for Orleans.
At Artenay (before Orleans) join the A10/E5 (Payage?) Junction 13 and by pass Orleans, going out of Orleans on A71 (E9) heading for Vierzon.
At Vierzon, take A20 (E9) for Chateauxroux.
Stay on A20 (E9) and by pass Chateauxroux, heading for Argenton, past La Souterraine, past Bessines to Limoges.
At Limoges follow ring road and take N21 to Perigeux (past Aixe-sur-L'isle, Antonne et Trigonant, Trelissac).
At Perigeux, take N221 then D710 following signs to Sarlat & Le Bugue.
You will also see signs for Toulouse & Espagne. Continue for several kilometres straight THROUGH Les Versannes and La Douze, then after about 2 or 3 kms, turn RIGHT onto D45. (Sharp right turn, almost doubles back on itself.) Direction Lacropte, Vergt.
Carry on for a couple more kilometres, past the village of Lacropte (on right). After approx. another 2kms, look for a for a huge white sign framed in wood which is in a field on the right hand side of the road. It says "La Joubertie Gite and Chambres d'hotes".
Turn right in front of the sign, up a narrow rural road, we are the first left turn.

Route from Bergerac Airport

At the end of the road out of the airport, turn RIGHT towards Bergerac (N21)
At roundabout go STRAIGHT ON , sign post Bergerac & Perigueux
At next r/about turn RIGHT, sign Bergerac Centre (N21)
Drive over the River Dordogne bridge
At next r/about go STRAIGHT ON , sign Perigueux & Bergerac Centre (N21)
Continue to TRAFFIC LIGHTS, go STRAIGHT ON, sign Perigueux
At second set of TRAFFIC LIGHTS, go STRAIGHT ON, again sign Perigueux
Continue for several kilometres and go through village of LEMBRAS
After LEMBRAS take first RIGHT fork after the Percharment Chateau sign, sign-posted VERGT (D21)
Continue for several more kilometres, through St. Georges Montclair
At the next roundabout, go STRAIGHT across, sign VERGT (D8)
Continue into town of VERGT, past the Intermarche supermarket (on left)
At the TRAFFIC LIGHTS turn RIGHT onto the D45. Direction Lacropte
Continue along the D45 then after approx. 1 kilometre, take the RIGHT fork to SALON/LACROPTE
Continue through small village of SALON de VERGT, following sign for LACROPTE, forking left after cemetery on left.
Do NOT turn off the D45 before you have travelled approximately another 3 kilometres after Salon. Do NOT take the left-hand turn with a map of the local area. KEEP going past this and then start looking for our own personal sign. It's a BIG white sign framed in brown wood that says "La Joubertie Gite and Chambres d'hotes" and it is in a field on the left hand side of the road. Turn immediately LEFT at that sign and we are about 200mtrs on the left.
