The Flexi-Gîte is gives you complete flexibility in order to take advantage of those mid-week bargain flights or sea crossings. Choose the number of nights you want to stay (all we ask is a minimum of 3) and select your arrival and departure days to suit your schedule.
A lovely gîte, ideal for a couple wishing to "get away from it all" or do some house-hunting.
Your accommodation, adjacent to the main barn, is separate from our house giving you total privacy but with the peace of mind of knowing that we are around to help if you have any problems or need some additional information.
Alternatively, we can offer you the opportunity to book the whole complex which will accommodate up to 8 people. The 2 gîtes and Chambre Rose would give you 4 double (or twin) bedrooms all with ensuite facilities.
The choice is yours!
Rest assured though, if you book either of the gîtes or Chambre Rose as separate parties, you need not worry about noise - most of the walls are made of stone 2 feet thick and are therefore soundproofed!!

The Flexi-Gîte consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen along with a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC. All of the rooms are newly decorated to a high standard and any renovation is in keeping with the character of the property.

The lounge is equipped with comfortable armchairs, a footstool, sofa and a coffee table plus a colour TV and DVD player, which also plays CDs. We do provide a limited selection of DVDs so don't forget to bring your favourites! There is also a library of mostly English books and a few magazines.

The Flexi-Gîte has a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, full oven and hob with all the facilities one would need to cook a delicious meal or to prepare your lunchtime snacks. Cleaning materials, washing up liquid and tea towels are included in the price.
The dining area has a full sized dining table and chairs that could easily seat 8 when fully extended. The dining area leads out to the front of the gîte, where there is a BBQ, a table and benches for those al fresco meals.

The light and airy double bedroom, with luxury en suite shower room & WC, is at the rear of the Flexi-Gîte and leads out onto a paved, private patio overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside, with it's own garden table, chairs and parasol. The bedroom has a radio alarm and a hairdryer.
Just imagine having breakfast in the sun or an early morning dip in the jewel blue pool……
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided in the price.

- A baby cot is available on request at no charge.
- Boules, badminton and tennis rackets are available at no charge.
- Sun loungers, cushions, garden tables and chairs plus parasols are provided on the pool-side.
